FAQ's
The Podiatric State Board Preparatory Course is for Medical Assistants or other professionals employed at a Podiatric Practice who want to become a certified PTR (P) referred to now as CPTP (late 2018) by the Arizona Department of Health when oversight of those applying radiation to our families and neighbors was removed from the trained professionals of the Medical Radiologic Technology in Radiography and the agency was permanently closed.

Course tuition is not transferable.

You may submit enrollment and policy forms by email and pay through PayPal with an added fee or mail the forms to us with a business check or money order.

The student has 12 weeks to complete the course. When the 12 weeks is over the student is no longer enrolled and no longer entitled to a Letter of Completion.

Students must pass the course final with a score of 70% or better to be eligible to apply for the Arizona State Board Examination. Failures will be handled on a case by case basis and is dependent upon the students percentage of course completion within the 12 weeks.

PTR (P)'s are required to complete 2 CEU's every two years.
​
PTR (R)'s are required to complete 6 CEU's every two years.
CEUs courses vary, some require a passing grade on an exam and others require the student complete all pprerequisites.
